Certain features include optional Aerial Intelligence™ services and media, including boundary, POI, and neighborhood videos (“Aerial Media”).
When you purchase or receive Aerial Intelligence™ media (including boundary-line videos, neighborhood flyovers, points-of-interest clips, or other related assets), PropertyCards.ai grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
for the purpose of marketing and promoting the specific property listing associated with that media (including MLS listings, websites, social media, email, print materials, and advertisements).
This license applies for as long as you control the listing or otherwise have authority to market the property.
You agree NOT to:
You grant PropertyCards.ai a perpetual, worldwide license to:
provided that we do not publicly disclose your confidential information or misrepresent your relationship to the listing.
We will never sell your property media to third parties as stock footage or allow others to use it to market unrelated properties.
We reserve the right to revoke or modify this license in cases of abuse, fraud, or prohibited use.
Paid plans and credits may apply.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
You authorize recurring billing until cancelled.
Credits may be required to add Aerial Media to a Property Card.

By purchasing any paid features, you agree to:

Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
You agree NOT to:
We may investigate and take action if you misuse the Service.
The Service may enable visitors to contact listing owners or agents.
